NetBadge is an Access Control Management website, where users from around the world can look at existing person and badge records, submit requests for new badges, update access on individual or bulk existing badges, remote print badges, and manage temporary badges. Users are setup with specific permissions and options designated for their area and clearance level.

We interface with the Access Control system to keep track of when and where a badge is used with the system and generate easy to read reports on that information.

We provide small disc badges for construction projects, those discs are then handed out and assigned to Construction workers. We receive that information and enter into our system keeping track of who has each disc. We also provide the software tools to manage their access, supply more badges, and reports on when and where the badges were used.

We provide a Visitor registration system along with a Visitor Pass print system. Residents in the building may submit visitor registrations for their guests, upon guest arrival the receptionist will log their assets, take their photo, and give them a Visitor Pass. The Visitor pass will grant them access to their visit location.

The Visitor System Self-Service Kiosk is an improved Self-Service and/or Concierge manned Visitor System for sites. When registered, the Visitor will receive an email with a unique Guest Code which they can check themselves in with upon arriving at the site. We also offer the functionality of having a Concierge greet the visitors and check them in upon arrival. Both options includes asset logging, photo taking, and Visitor Pass printing as well.
